Inspired by their travels, Birdie’s specializes in authentic Italian, brick-oven pizza. Their travel experiences, and small town Minnesota roots have blended the menu with a Taste of Italy with the comforts of a home cooked meal. 

As active volunteers in the community already, Tyler has always had a dream of starting a business that could bring everyone together.  Family gatherings, cookouts, and passions for delicious food, especially pizza, inspired them to open their first pizzeria!
